I know that caps are natural born leaders but our lack of patience make it challenging to lead others sometimes. Lots of people say, "Oh, you should go into business for yourself!" ME: "Um, No thanks!" Not sure about other Caps, but if I had my own business, I'd HAVE TO have an office manager or some other people-manager. I don't mind leading or heading the company but I have no patience for stupidity and dealing with employee issues.

Any caps here own a business or directly manage others? How does your inner goat juggle these two aspects of our persona?

It's funny that you made this topic because the other day I was wondering about Caps in the work place. You always hear the usual "workaholic" bit and then what you mentioned in your OP, but with my Cap coworkers, they have been laaaazy.

I mean, they work hard and all, but then there are times when it comes to things that you're supposed to do (that we all have to do), and they essentially have a "I don't give a fuck" attitude and won't always do what's asked of them.

A couple always had the tendency to skip out on closing work because they feel they just didn't have to or didn't want to.

Another actually does all her work, but if you need her to do something for you, she takes her sweet time and it kinda screws you over. Her entire thing is - "everyone can wait because it's all about me!"

So when I read this OP, I think only one example came to mind as a potential "leadership role" type of Cap. The others- not so much. :/

LOL, I've seen that! I've found that Caps can either lead or leave. We can't BE LEAD! And if you ever meet an unhappy, underachieving (because of their own life choices and regrets), unfocused, disgruntled Cap.....stay clear! They are some of the BIGEST saboteurs you will ever meet!! They not only don't take orders but will try to disrespect your rank in front of the other slackers! I know plenty of Caps who have potential but don't do anything with it, then end up being bitter and horrible employees/coworkers!
