Difference between Capricorn Rising & Capricorn sun??

What is the difference?

Sun is the core personality. The rising is what we present to people we don't know, the image we project.

Once you get to know someone, you see their whole personality, which would be the core. The rising is a superficial layer of the personality, which the sun is the deeper layer.

Sun is real, rising is the imitation.

Very well defined I must say!
Me being a Libra sun and cap rising find myself most like a cap...I feel...infact I can't even relate to all they say about librans... This was basically the reason for my question actually. I have seen the same thing u just said about sun & rising but just couldn't relate to it dunno why.

I always think of the sun as the Barbie and the rising, moon and blahditty blah as the clothes and accessories.

It gets weird when your moon and rising are the same thing, but different than your sun tho. Just my opinion anyway. Not sure how I come off to others, but relate more closely to my Scorpy bits than my Cap sun most of the time.

Yes. Actually I did get it
Same is my problem
You see I am a libra with cap rising still I don't feel like being a Libra somehow couldn't relate to all those interpretations they have on net..and if by mistake I do then those are just minor traits and a bit of physical appearance like dimples and all lol
But not behavioral

Rising is always softer then sun, meaning that sun has it all in full power ego and rising worries, in my opinion, with the nicer parts of the sign.
