thanks to all those who replied to my "is my capricorn being stubborn" forum.
We spent Valentines Day together and everything is back to normal! We talked and he said "I just needed time to think and I came to a conclusion" and i said what is that and he said "The conclusion is that you're the only one I want to be with" and that made me fall in love all over again
