I purposely sent the wrong message to a capricorn

hi there everyone 🙂 I was wondering if you guys can help me out

Just last night I've made a stupid and lame mistake of pretending to send the wrong message to this capricorn guy to gain his attention to show that I have a life. I purposely pretend that I was in the middle of the conversation with another friend and send to him instead. I now realised how stupid and desperate I must've seemed...;(

This capricorn guy was introduced to me by a family member and we've never met in real life. We're at a virtual courting stage before we see each other in few months.

After sending the lame message I noticed he was distancing himself from me with a short reply. I tried to keep the conversation going but after sending him good night message he never messaged me back. I think he's completely turned off by my behaviour and I was wondering will he forgive me and give me another chance or have I lost his trust for me completely?

I can't believe how stupid I've been..;( now I probably have lost him forever..I'm beating myself up over this.

Any answer will be greatly appreciated thank you

Me: Sun in Leo, Moon in capricorn, venus in libra and Mars in capricorn
Him: Sun in Capricorn, moon in virgo, venus in Sagittarius and Mars in aries

It was a silly and childish thing to do. He sees you now as a game player and he's probably done taking you seriously.

You might can redeem yourself by owning up to it and explaining why you did it. It will leave your vulnerable but he'll respect the honesty. The fact that you two don't even know each other and it's only virtual makes it more difficult to explain with good reason, but it's worth a shot.

Of course he can see right through you. He has similar placements as me but my Cancer Moon makes me more intuitive/instinctive whereas his Virgo Moon probably makes him more analytical. But also much more sensitive.
You're helplessly flailing in front of him and all he has to do is watch how you respond. 😛

Honesty is your best approach but don't play games with Capricorns. At worst he will see you as fickle after this and give you just enough to keep you interested. That is playing games as well and kind of rude so keep en eye open for that. Cut your losses and run if that happens.

Do capricorns hold grudges for a long time and hard to forgive other people? You're right about owe each other nothing at this stage truecap. There was never an ending when there was no beginning in the first place. Perhaps virtual relationship can be a good excuse to use the term 'misunderstanding' or 'miscommunication' when things go wrong. I wish I can take it all back...

What's your moon sign? You might have an easy going moon sign to forgive easily than average capricorns. This capricorn guy have virgo moon which makes him as twice as sensitive and critical in nature. Having Sun in Capricorn and virgo moon makes him appear aloof and even unforgiving (?)

So this cap will completely lose trust for me and yet stick around to keep me in company? I've finally gained his trust and now I'm back to square one..*sigh* or nothing in return at all...

For some reason I attract a lot of capricorns in my life lol my 2 close friend is Capricorn in sun and the other one is moon in Capricorn. 2 guys took interest in me was also sun in Capricorn. Must be my moon in Capricorn chart haha

I have a capricorn moon, which makes me less forgiving and more judgemental. I don't forgive easily. It takes me a long time. Thus, my statement about not trusting someone again. I may hang around with them, but I won't forget and I won't bond wtih them.

And we don't know what your cap will do. Just because one of us does something or feels a certain way, doesn't mean he will.

You're a double/true capricorn and hence the screen name :p we have the same capricorn moon except my sun is in leo. Having capricorn moon opposed to sun in leo made me appear more reserved and shy compared to average leo. One of my close friend is also a double capricorn and let me say she's the most loyal friend I've came across with.

And yes I can relate to not forgiving easily as well. We can forgive and never forget if the issue was minor but if anyone does anything hurtful then I completely cut tie with that person. Recently one of my scorpio friend revealed something very hurtful and I never looked back to her since. It may have been completely harmless but I lost trust and respect for the harm she has caused.

This guy may have sun in Capricorn, but his moon placement is in Virgo so will react differently in these circumstances. I've never met anyone as difficult as him. Although I've never met him in real life I can already feel how imbalanced our relation is going to be.

Sorry I didn't quite understand because I'm a little stressed from the situation and was experiencing mental block. This is going to be so embarrassing but I'll tell you guys. I can already feel my checks blushing from revealing..😢

In the middle of the conversation with the cappie guy last night we suddenly ran out of topic to discuss so there was a bit of silent mode for good 6-7 minutes. That's when I made a stupid mistake of keeping myself occupied by appearing busy and messaged him ' yes that sounds lovely 🙂 let's meet up on Thursday at 6pm Michelle' and then immediately sent 'sorry wrong person'

He seem to be not a big texter but will reply quickly to the message he's interested in. He's usually the one to text me first and I'm always the one initiating a topic to talk about.

Someone please dig a hole because I wanna hide it and never come out of it again

You being a Sagittarius, relationship like this can be exhausting for us fire signs. We fire signs are straight to the point and take action kinda people so dealing with hot and cold especially with virgo moons can be draining. Sometimes I feel he's a vampire that sucks blood out of my life. Did I mention most Sagittarius are the most fun and easy going people out there? 😉

Personally I've never met a Capricorn guy with Virgo in moon and it's difficult to determine how he'll act in real life but my aries in sun and virgo moon colleague gives me an rough idea. From my experience with her, she appear aloof and cold but once you get to know her she warms up after a while. But aries in sun might have something to do with it.

And yes you're right about capricorns not coming back once they've decided you're not the one. Most of them are decisive with clear structure. Part of me wants to move on and the other part of me don't wanna lose him. He's so far the most difficult guy I've encountered with.

Playing head games is a red flag to serious people. Playing head games with a clever person is a challenge. What type of Cap is he?

Personally I've never met him in real life. We've just recently started messaging each other in the last few weeks due to family introduction.

He seems serious and traditional, the one who wants to settle down and create a family of his own. He often mentioned marriage and having a child with me at the beginning of courtship. He told me he doesn't smoke or go to parties and he has few close friends. He likes girls to dress conservatively with class. He appears to have typical capricorn traits that everyone mentions.

The reason why I've been acting this way also have something to do with him blowing hot and cold with me. As a passionate leo it really tested my own patience. He seems so complicated and never completely opens up to me.

I have to agree with SureShotCap here. An Aqua girl I once knew completely blocked me after I hooked up with one of her classmates. How was I supposed to know that when she was asking me for advice about other guys she was really trying to play me? * Shrug* her loss. She was hot and fun though.

I really don't do well with people who try to make me jealous. But that's probably my Venus in Sag talking as well. I've left behind more confused women that tried that than I can remember. In really don't notice it until much later. I simply don't get jealous. Either you are interested and that's great, or you are not and that's fine too. No hard feelings but I am going to talk to that girl over there now. 😛

go meet this guy and date him for a few months before you consider anything serious.sometmes, it takes only one or two dates to figure out you dont want anything to do with them.

He's got Mars in Aries which he appear to be quite an aggressive pursuer if he's interested in someone. I've noticed when he starts to get bored with message conversation he'll start drifting away and respond in a slow manner. I feel he constantly needs to be entertained to keep himself interested or else he pulls the disappearing act on me again. Aries in Mars is a lot of work..when sun in Capricorn wasn't bad enough...

Yes I do get the feeling that he observes and see how I'd react in a lot of situations. He sits there quietly and observe my intentions and sometimes I get the feeling he's testing the water to see where our relationship is progressing to.

Haha an Aquarius girl? They're friendly and outgoing to everyone but also one of the eccentric ones that pulls some weird tricks sometimes. You're lucky to have laid back Sagittarius sign as your venus :p imagine having a scorpio or taurus in venus/Mars. Their jealousy intensifies with those signs.

My cappie guy also have venus in Sagittarius which makes him behave

What an insightful descriptions of Tiger Capricorns you have there 😉 I've noticed a lot of your natal chart matches my cappie guy except for moon in cancer. Your chart is ideal for me because I personally wish he had moon in cancer like you so that he can become more sensitive and aware to my feelings than acting aloof and observant.

This is the guy I'm planning to see in the next few months if our online courtship becomes successful. I'm not sure which direction this is heading. Sometimes I wonder if I'm really insane for putting so much effort into our 'virtual' life...I've start to have deeper feelings for him though...

Thank you for your simple but wise advice. This long distance courtship is driving me nuts. I don't do long distance thing very well as you can see. Who knows I might start hallucinating in the future if this continues :p I wish my relatives could've introduced him to me on the day of my arrival to overseas in few months.

Can't have feelings for someone you've not met in real life. You are building him up in your head and you are developing feelings for the fantasy of him. Your imagination has made him something to be taht he actually may not be.

Caps are realists. We don't live in fantasy world. We are practical and pragmatic. We don't have time for fantasies and fairy tales.

Yes it's true this courtship is only virtual and I fully agree with you on me building an ideal image of him without even realising who he truly is. He was such an aggressive pursuer when we first met online and due to heat of the moment he wanted me to marry him and discussed all the 'possibilities' we could be doing in the future etc

And you're right, he did disappear after I expressed my feelings for him but also reappeared few days later. He was constantly hot and cold and I don't even think it's worth getting to know him anymore..I'm mentally tired of all this crap..
