I attract them like flies but never seriously dated any of them because I just can't get into it...we made better friends in the end.
Kudos if you can make it work.
I have no real advice, sorry lol
They make stable partners but in my own personal experience, the romance fizzled out rather quickly within the first couple months...
I feel the same way as you ladies. I never really found a Cap interesting, they were always boring, but I am dating one to try him out and I'm finding that I'm feeling the same response: boooorrriiinnnggg.... the communication is so stale and we've only been out twice lol
I know I wrote a different post in the Capricorn section asking for advice, but I don't think I can last long knowing that it will take forever to move a boulder that doesn't want to move lol

The guy I was dating wasn't necessarily boring (we were always in constant communication and he always had a lot to say and joked around a lot). I think for me what was lacking was that "spark". I see that you have Venus in Scorpio just like I do. I think for people who have that placement we need to feel a certain level of intensity and passion with a partner or else it just become blah after a while.
No, but I am kind of thinking about it.... he's lovely and not at all boring... that said he is on the cusp (25th Dec) and 3 placements of Sag in his natal, not to mention we are both Virgo moon.... π
He's interesting and lots of fun to talk to... kind of goofy, makes terrible jokes to make me laugh, I find him very endearing... that said, I am also 48 years old π

I like that you said that about Scorpio in Venus. I never thought of that but I think you're right! I need a level of intensity and passion, and depth. And I also think that it's the energy that doesn't feel right with him, the "spark" is lacking (also agreed). So perhaps boring was the wrong word but he doesn't excite me. He is very attractive, but I can't seem to get it moving for me lol

click to expandYes on the terrible jokes!! And also just cheesy comments in general... It's cute but I don't find that appealing. I like a raw, mysterious, rugged manly man so all the cutesy stuff just lands them in the friend zone lol

I totally know what you mean. Mine was attractive too but it goes beyond that. Looks can only go so far and yes, I totally forgot to mention the depth part but that's one of the top three things I look for in a guy!
I was "with" a Cap girl once, in that we went on a few dates, and they were kind of fun. We hooked up once and it was very enjoyable...but she blew me off 99/100 and just was not good at communicating or talking. She's very intelligent and beautiful but I could never tell what she wanted so I didn't go after it. They seem to be hard to read, at least for me. Apparently I must have hurt her feelings because she's been ignoring me for over a year now out of the blue but still makes herself known on social media. They're kind of crazy.

I am dating a Capricorn for the first time, any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Should I run for the hills and never look back?
