In like with a Capricorn Man, now i'm confused?

We liked each other for a while now I would say months or even years. I don't really see him as much as I use to but we became friends. Over the 3years I've known him he added me on Fb, Ig, and snap chat. I told him a month ago that I had a crush on him via snap chat. He asked me how long? and I said it's been a while. He responded same here. I've seen him twice since then and we barely communicate whether it's in person or social media. It's been a whole week since we spoke via text and two weeks since I've seen him in person. It's like he just disappeared. I texted him on Tuesday saying Hey what's up? and no reply. Does he still like me? In the past I would say like 2015, he would flirt with me almost every day saying how beautiful I was, and that he finds me very attractive, he would make me laugh a lot, and ask how I'm doing, and look into my eyes deeply sometimes. I would just blush and laugh at these moments not flirt back because he had a girlfriend of 4 years. Last year we took the bus together and he told me he broke up with his girlfriend, we talked about life, family, his broken relationship. But every time I spoke he would stare into my eyes lovingly and lt almost looked like he wanted to kiss me but I looked away because I am shy and he just broke up with his gf, I wanted to give him some time and I guess I gave him too much time cause that was about 8 months ago.
