Depends on other placements.

I know a Libra with a lot of earth (Cap at that) in his chart and he likes to push my buttons all the damn time. He's can be very grating. I do my best to ignore him. He even chases me down to try to engage me JUST to try and get me riled up. Then again, he is my son LOL

My son aside. I do know another Cap F who was seeing a Libra M for a short stint and her biggest complaint was that he would always try to push her buttons too.
