how to do move on for good from a past relationship? Any body here has had a hard time letting go? how do you know when you have let go vs not letting go because of anger ?

I've been in your shoes. I can't tell you when you will know the exact time or day, but I thought this list I found online was a good start. Hopefully it helps you.
