Are cap men afraid of being dumped? Are they really in love if they say they are? would they dump a pisces woman?

Whether they would dump yu or not depends on everything else but your sun sign.

As far as saying they love you and meaning it - Capricorns do not tend to do things out of impulse, but rather think everything through before saying/doing anything. They don't throw around the L word without meaning it.
