Please Cappy men!!?? I need some advice! All Caps?

Ok, so I'll try to make this as short as I can. Cappy men, and women are very welcome, but men may be more insightful! So I met this Cap man ten years ago, I was 19, he was 21. Over the course of those years, we've probably dated on and off for 7-8 years. Anyway, when we ended things the last time, which was a few years back, it was only due to him needing to focus on completing his dual masters degrees and getting his life where he wanted it, so he could give me more of himself, which he didn't feel he could, until school was knocked out. Anyway, so I did wait around for over a year, didn't really date anyone, until I met an Aries man... Complete surprise and wasn't expecting to ever like him. But I did, and I ended up in a relationship with him. Now it was brief... Not even a year, but more than half a year, and in that time, Cappy decided after he completed his degrees to start a relationship with some random girl, bc I was taken, and according to him, he believed I was going to marry the Aries, he made assumptions based off of what he saw on Facebook. Well once that relationship was over with Aries, I knew Cappy was still trying to give his relationship a chance... So we didn't communicate. Fast forward to this year, and we started talking again in April. Things didn't really work out for his relationship either, and once he realized I was still single, he got very happy and we continued to speak, as recently as today. (We send each other messages, almost daily and even at work). He usually is the first one to message each time. Not sure why... Maybe he's just faster than I am?! Lol
So anyway... The last time we spent a significant amount of hours together, was a little over a week ago, we both played hooky (mind you, as a Cap this man has NEVER taken a day off of work for a single thing), but he did, bc he really wanted to see me that day, and made the sacrifice. I should me boo this is a newer job for him, been there for maybe a few months? So we talked for hours and hours, he held me, stared me in my eyes, played with my hands, hair and of course we ended up in bed. ? we have the most amazing, beautiful connection I've ever had with anyone in my life! And ever since we started talking in April, he's been talking a lot about the future... And not his future but OURS... Together. He says he wants to marry me, calls me Mrs. (His last name) talks about our future two kids, and the trip we're planning to take this year for our birthdays to celebrat
