How serious are YOU about your feelings to this Capricorn? That is going to define what stage he´s in of liking you. If you have been casually hooking up and that´s how things have been going on for this long, he might be in a stage where he is quite comfortable with that, not wanting to change it to a commitment. So you need to address your feelings and decide if you are ready to commit to him, so that he can start considering it for himself.

Take it from a Pisces who is married to a Cap. You have to have your feeling straight, make up your mind, if not you will loose this Cap as a lover, friend and even as a "hookup".
