why wouldn't he make a move? or have he?

So, I know this cap guy for the longest time, 5 years? I know he enjoys my company (ditto here) but I didn't know he like me THAT much until he told his best friend that he liked me and find it hard to let go of me. This cap guy is friendly but not sure about him being a playa cos he's just so reserved, just like his interest.

but what could he meant by that? did i missed something here? should I approach the cap guy about this or would he be freaked out?

Capricorns are supposed to reserved by nature. Not always the case though, we tend to choose our associates very carefully. Hence why he hasn't made a move yet. If you were to approach him you should obviously be careful. Definitely depends on age, and how long you have known him, etc.

So you think immediately if he is being playa because he's reserved, although you know him for 5 years. You like his company, but what do you actually like about his company? How much do you know him? Although you didn't sounds like you have noticed/knowing him that match (that require your interest).

im naturally friendly and social (sometimes flirty) and yes my guy friends act that way towards me too so I don't put much thought whether they fancy me beyond friends material (unless if i have a crush on a guy friend i would observe his behavior to the bone)

I like him purely on friends level, never got any vibe from him (guess I hadn't notice...or maybe I did but thought he was just being friendly)

I dont think he is a playa just cause he is reserved, I just said Im not sure whether he is (just because of what he told his best friend

im asking this question to understand someone psyche, like why they behave this way? its just my nature to ask sorry just want to understand thanks!

I feel awkward esp if I know a guy friend likes me but the feeling isnt mutual, maybe he did but i didnt notice I guess?
