3 questions about synastry chart (Astrotheme.com)

I was on astrotheme.com for a synastry chart and now I have a few questions:
1) If I am the inner wheel and he is the outer wheel, how do I know which column belongs to whom once I scroll down to the aspects list? So for example, "Venus Square Saturn" aspect, who is the Venus, who is the Saturn?
2) I noticed all the Node, Chiron, and Lilith aspects are only on the left column and aspects the personal planets of whichever of us is the right column. Why only on one side/the other person's column? What does it mean?
3) Would anyone be so kind to look at our synastry chart and tell me if my connection with this person has any sort of good/bad potency to it? I am not too adept with this stuff yet, but honestly all I see is karmic stuff, just really for the most part, nothing to remain optimistic about. ....Will someone take a look if I posted it on here?
