A little help in interpretation

So found this compatibility check up with another person on one site and would like if someone can explain it a bit closer:all I see from those aspects are in Conjunction, Sextile and 1 Trine. What this means? From description we seem like a quite good match when looking into our zodiac signs we don't match that good actually? Do I need to provide more details from this or it's enough to explain? I see Sextile 7 times, 8 Conjunction and 1 Trine. Don't mind my noobishness in this, brand new into all this so any help is appreciated

I am new to this forum and was hoping someone could interpret my birth chart. Some friends and I went to an astrologer in Cancun, and she was able to provide some insight. However she just kept talking about a libra stellium in virgo and seemed to be stressed about it lol. I’m not sure what that meant, but hopefully someone here can interpret my chart and let me know what they find. Thanks!
