6th house, Mars and Chiron in Cancer => charity, human care, medicine, healing, nurturing, children care

You have Mars in Cancer. You should avoid places where people too often make you angry. it may lead to an explosion (loss of reputation etc). your own company is good. or you work in respectful workplaces. On the other hand with MC trine to Chiron you may be imune or have good luck in this regard.

I think with Gem and Taurus you'll be adaptable in talks. That's very important in politics/diplomacy.
