Hello, this is my first message here, as I'm trying to find some comfort. It's a bad time in my life, after a period of high stress due to my graduation, and not a positive family condition, I started having anxiety issues and I lost interest in continuing my studies in Foreign Languages for a Master. I feel really stuck at the moment and I don't know what my future could be like at all. Any advice as to what I should focus on/avoid would really be helpful.
