It's based on the total number of pages each forum has to date (due to their number of threads.)
The Scorpio forum is in the 400s (with ~10,800 threads created in total), whereas the Sagittarius forum is in the 100s (with ~3,225 threads created in total).
That's a massive difference.

Well it's certainly not meant to be a bad thing. I only made the list to show what the majority of users here seem to be fixated on.
And it looks like the Scorpio zodiac sign.
If this website and its content is any indication of what similar websites are like, I'd say people tend to focus on this sign a lot, and its dark, mysterious, sexual or perverse nature in hopes of understanding it a little better.
And I also think the fixation is, in large part, due to how sensationalized the Scorpio sign is by almost every Astrologer.
But yes, I agree that Scorpios may be seen as the most complicated, especially compared to the more extroverted signs like Gemini and Sagittarius.

My male friend and I have been friends for a good 15 years now.
Yesterday while talking to him I suggested that if we both not married within 5 years we should give up and marry one another.
LOL. His reply was: Nooooo, I'm scared of commitment.
