I can't get anything out of my chart.

Like a lot of people here, I'm a beginner to astrology. I know a bit about all the placements and what they mean, but I can't make sense out of one thing.
I hardly have any Pisces or Virgo planets in my chart,and yet the only guys I've ever dated or wanted to date have been these signs?
It's scary how even the celebrities I'm attracted to, are 85% either Virgo, and if the aren't,their moon signs are.
On top of that, I seem to have all the elements in my chart, and apart from judging these placements individually, I can't seem to make sense out of it.
Some help, please?:')

I'm born at 7.20 AM, not pm.
