Need help figuring out this chart

I don't know how to read them like this, it looks like gibberish .. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out ..it's a synastry chart

I'm an amateur, but Venus conjunct Moon in Pisces is good. I'd say an understanding between love and feelings.

There is also Venus conjunct Uranus. This could be an exciting and electric love, but could also start and end suddenly

Mars square Mars could be sexual incompatibility but could also be a good friction too.

So it can go either or sexually?
