What would this mean in term of compatibility

When looking into extended charts it looked a bit surprising. For my side: Sag 23% , Scorp 19% , Cap 11% are my dominant 3. For 2nd person: Scorp 24% , Aqua 17.6% , Cap 17.1% .

Who understands this more how would these 2 people look together based on dominant signs in their chart?

Hm I'm not really sure how to check that. The part where our placements match. I don't know what it really means fall in some house etc. I can look at map but don't know to read it lol plus for 2nd person I don't have time of birth, just date and place
