Dreaming that I'm crying

Hello 🙂. I just hope you guys help me with this one cuz I found a lot of information about dreaming that i'm crying and now i'm confused. Lat ely, i've been trough a lot, I dont feel good at home, i dont feel good at work and i have a problem with a guy that ignores me even though i didnt make anything wrong. Since his biryhday (april 1st) that i dont know nothing abput him and i even gave him a gift, so since then duribg the day i have my hearth pounding and feeling sad and during the night i dream about him or i dream that i'm cryibg a lpt and its a sad cry. This has never happened to me and one day i woke up at 3 am after dreaming about him and i cried sp much...im just tired of being sad! Can you help me understand this?

Thank you for your reply...I thinkf that most of it has to do with what I'm going trough, it su cks but I guess I've got to get over it...never been like this before, so I got scared..
