Odd dreams
I'm on the same track as you, it's really distracting n' annoying. Especially seeing people I don't even know, as well as a number of people I do know, but haven't seen for years on out. Trying to communicate with me or something. It's rather odd lol rather odd.
I've too have been experiencing dreams where my eyes are barely closed - i'm sitting up and having these mini-micro dreams of maybe 15-30 sec's. (i thought you were supposed to go gradually into rem sleep..) I'll remember those very vividly - they are right in my face, but not so much for recall during a regular night. Though with wacky, unpredictable uranus creeping ever closer to my 12 house of dreams, even they are getting more and more out of left-field..lol

Lately I have been having the weirdest dreams. They arent bad or sad they are just strange and sometimes stressful... why am i dreaming so weird lately??
