Stomach Bleeding

I had a dream of my ex-lovers stomach internally bleeding...Can someone plz give me some type of symbolism or help.Thanks!

Hello..Thanks for your input...I was thinking the latter..that maybe they are hurt emotionally.I just wonder why I had the dream?

Well actually it's her and I use to love her..but now dislike her.Have'nt seen her in 2 yrs.

Lol..haha..Yes it makes great sense..But I'm in place of luv and not hate..but must admit,I can't stand her.I've also had recent dreams she said something to me..which I hope she does'nt.

But what's more interesting is that I had a dream of her friend saying something to me(not romantic,even though she likes me) and her friend got in contact with me.You see since i was a child i've always dreamt prophetically and been clairovoyant.You really give great insight!
