Fav Jelly Belly Flav

hey guys! just munchin on some jelly belly jelly beans and looking up different "recipes" for yummy combinations of flavors like coffee cake or hot fudge sundae or banana creme pie.... so wonderin what are yalls favs? flavors or flavor combos either one :-) yummmmmmm!!!!

i dig the pina colada and juicy pear especially by themselves and the chocolate macaroons combo is killer (although there are sooo many diff yummy ones)

im going to go to the jelly belly factory soon hopefully! i want a bag of the gag beans with the funky flavors! lol

its nice that there is a pear jelly bean that tastes so similar to the actual fruit bc i can't stand the texture/grittiness of the real thing! YUM!

Hope everyone ate a lot of yummy food today and reflected on what they have to be grateful for... good daily practice but it's nice to have a whole day where everyone reflects together and spends some time together. i dont really have family of my own but i appreciate greatly doing the family thing with others or having a friendsgiving of sorts. :-)

Two of my favourite flavours are:

A & W Cream Soda

When I was 19 I worked at a toy store that sold Jelly Bellys. A section was set up with glass jars containing several different flavours that kids could choose and scoop into small paper bags. The price was determined per scoop.

One day I saw an open bag of a new flavour on my boss's desk. I didn't see a label on it, so I didn't know what the flavour was. I figured it would be tasty, like most of the flavours I had tried.

My boss was working at the till, and she couldn't see me, so I was sneaky and quickly popped one into my mouth to sample it.

Bleccccccchhh, the most horrible burning sharp taste hit me. Shockingly awful!

I spat the bean into my hand and searched quickly again for a label and finally found it:

Jalapeno

I don't know if they offer that one any more. My boss never put it out for sale, and I understand why.

Serves me right for being sneaky, I guess. lol

HAHAHAHAHA! yeah they make joke beans with awful flavors like puke and ear wax like Hemi said. i cant wait to get some and play some tricks ;-P

and cream soda is amazing! especially in combo with other flavors...

Cream Soda goes really well with so many other flavours, I agree! Glad you enjoy it too. 🙂
