Breaking up is hard to do....but the time has come

Yep...it's over.

It was a relationship that was going to end anyway, as Gemguy was going to return to his country at the end of the year.

I just can't take his mood swings...and I don't have the patience to hang in there.

Many happy memories...maybe we'll resume as friends in a few months when things have cooled off...

Yes, breaking up is extremely hard to do. Also, I just don't think (for the most part) that Scorps and Gems are good for the long term. They are just too fickle and moody. My ex-Gem had bad mood swings too.

Never-the-less, I am just telling myself that it was not meant to be and move on which is proving itself to be quiet a challenge.

I've had my eye on a Virgo for a while....more compatible, closer in age to me (Gemguy was *young*) and definitely steadier. He's doing the typical Virguy thing of staring at me, friendly chat, but making no move yet.

I guess I don't believe in hurting myself or another person....you can tell if a relationship is going uphill or down. When it's on the way down, it's time to get out.

Yea, I think Virgos are much more compatable with Scorps than Gems. It seems that along with Gem men uncertain and moody, they seem to want it all - even if they cannot have it.

Still love you gemmies...you can be real friends. And I think me and Gemguy will be good friends (we always were) once he gets out of this funk and realises that there aren't many sweethearts like me!

He's a lot younger than me....very mature for his age in some ways....but as I said, I have to know that I'm important in someone's life...I did not appreciate being shut out...it made me very paranoid and I just can't live that way.
