Gemini Ex

Me an my Gem ex have been friends for over 11 years. The back story is that we were together in our early 20's for a couple of years. I didn't work out because it became long distance, which neither one of us could handle.

We've been in the same city for the last 3 years. He has been my rock and has provided for me when I am in need. We have had some storms this year with cursing each other out, having stand offs for weeks or month. But when we finally speak again we are back to being great friends.

My new dilemma is we've been hanging out a lot here lately. The last time we hung out, it was a good day of watching college football, drinks and good laughs. All of the sudden he layed his head on my chest and stated the he didn't want the day to be over (he had to go to work) and than the next thing I know, we're a kissing and making out like some damn teenagers!

I noticed it was time for me to drop him off to work so we got up and got it together. He made a comment of "what just happened". I said, you kissed me. He said, yea, you kissed me too, maybe it was the wine!

Me being a cancer, I stepped back real quick.

Any advise Gem's!?!?!?!

I am protecting myself, that's why I have fallen back.

He did call to hang out this weekend but I had a busy schedule plus not sure what I want.
