Dudette, it's pretty silly to ask US what he meant by "that something", for we do not know your personally, that "something" could be ANYTHING good. The best bet for you is to...BE YOUR SELF. If you have to change yourself for anybody ELSE'S "better changes" of befriending or dating you....call it quits NOW. No one likes a fake.
