how do I stop being indecisive

It's your Libra rising. And I know cuz it's like this with me too. Sun in Gemini wants to be alone whereas Libra rising don't. All I can say you just have to balance that.
I just read somewhere that i might be a sag rising which has the same trait. But idk it's just confusing, one day I want this girl to be my girlfriend and then when she showing the same interests, I don't want nothing to do with her and ill ignore her until the feeling comes back.

I'm indecisive as well but it helps to be fixed, once I lay my eyes on something.. I want it. Aqua is determined, Aries has the drive/passion for it, and Gemini manipulates the situation to make it happen.

I have the same sun, moon and rising as you 🙂 I've never experienced feeling indecisive with relationships, but I do feel that a lot with other things like what I wanted to do in life, jobs, etc. You're young though so I think once you have something that keeps you grounded, you'll start to be more decisive in general.
Like for me, I think having kids forced me to be more responsible so I can't just up and quit a job anymore since I have to think of them.
