Ive just recently started talking to a scorp we've know each other a few years but just started talking on a different level recently. And just last night i found out his REAL age and now i feel funny. I call it lying but he says he just went with it....

Am I overreacting?

some ppl dont want to reveal their true age, so i wouldnt really call it a bald face lie. but if you find there is something else he has not been honest about, then that is a red flag. take your time and see where this goes.

What do you think might have been the reason for his misleading you? Is there a big age difference?

No to answer Whimsy's question... it's only a year. It's not his age that's the problem it's the fact he didn't tell me from the start. But I agree at least I know now. I don't feel he's lying about anything else, he's been pretty up front.
