You're right Kris...Sag is on my 7th house...and I have to admit that I have always dated foreign men...my first husband was Hispanic. I believe this is a common manifestion of the Gem-Sag first/seventh house polarity.

You have to look at the whole chart....
If I were a Gemini Sun, I would probably be attracted to Sag...a la Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
The Gem I love has, I believe, Cancer Rising and a Scorpio moon, although I am not sure of his birthtime. This blends well with my own air/water chart mix...
You can't always take the chart literally...you look at the themes and signatures. Gem/Sag polarity always implies short and long trips, interest in other cultures. Look at Brangelina again..they travel all over the world adopting kids of every culture.
I don't have enough fire in my chart to keep up with a Sag...but air and water are very attracted because there's so much to learn from each other. Hope this helps.

I went on a great vacation to Charleston, S.C. My friend introduced me to a healer who could "read" my body with a kinesthesia machine. It reads your body through your reflexology points.
Anyway, the healer asked my body when I was born...because my birthtime was never recorded. And she found out it was in the late afternoon -- which is 17 degrees Gemini rising. With Mercury in Libra in the fifth house.
