Hey Aria, you know the mood always passes, it's about mood mgmt. Just let the thoughts go cause eventually our mood changes and we always get ourselves into trouble by reacting to a lot of our thoughts...once the sun/clouds move on and we acted in the moment.... then comes the dreaded, ohohhh. IMO. Hope you feel better soon🙂
