What is wrong with me?

I just woke up today feeling like I wanna be alone. Like I wanna focus on myself. Like I wanna be on my own. Like I wanna break up with the aqua.....

Why oh why? I wonder what factors contributed to this... Lack of romance? The fact that I am not comfortable with him seeing his ex-wife because of his kid? The fact that he pulls a disappearing act or becomes cold and warm every now and then? Or just the fact that I am already bored? What is happening? 😢

Am I being impulsive? Waaaaaa I might break up with him for no valid reason at all 😢

Hey Aria, you know the mood always passes, it's about mood mgmt. Just let the thoughts go cause eventually our mood changes and we always get ourselves into trouble by reacting to a lot of our thoughts...once the sun/clouds move on and we acted in the moment.... then comes the dreaded, ohohhh. IMO. Hope you feel better soon🙂
