Ghost or Demon?
Has this only happened once? Or have you had this before?
No only when I started working with this client in particular....the thing would follow me around, my other coworker didn't have the same experience as me...it never bothered her much but constantly harrassing me..even if I'm just sitting there it would come up behind me.When I tell it to move from behind me it goes in the room and slams the door.
But my thing is whichever direction my face is turned that's where it comes and stand....directly in front of me...I could even hear the footsteps one night when it approached me.

To this day I've been sleeping with the lights on because I don't know if that thing followed me home...it was so scary girl.I prayed like crazy!

Thanks for your replies anyways but I feel like you guys don't see the part where I wrote Nothing like this ever happened before only when I started working with this particular client...this person also had a deceased relative that used to live there...I don't know if it's that's who was terrorizing me...but the entity was so dark and stubborn.It refused to leave after many times of me chasing it out...in the end it got upset with me throwing water and salt water everywhere and start banging things hard late at night....I was out...too frightened to ever go back! I told the pastor at church and he said because I'm not a christian this thing could really harm be so I decided to leave the case because I didn't want anything so dark and tormented attaching itself to me...
Can't help but wonder if this thing has ever followed me home and is watching me sometimes...sigh.

You might just be attracting them. Negativity will draw certain things too.
There are ways to combat this. But, it seems you are a sensitive. You need to be trained to control and cleanse yourself.

Not goin lie...I was thinking along these lines too.
That thing was going out without a fight no matter what I tried!
We kept the house well lit morning AND night!......Tell me how this thing started going after the bulbs one by one trying to get the place dark...I was living a nightmare I'm telling you trying to protect myself and my client...she told me once she got held down and she felt like she was in a straight jacket...she couldn't move...It started to affect me too, I wasn't sleeping or eating and still working.I even started to bleed from the stress I was under...All this happend last month...like 3 weeks ago.

But what does this sounds like to you based on it's behaviour, following me around...getting up in my face alot...going after the bulbs in the house, coming on the bed when you're lying on it....holding down the client...banging stuff in the house, plus it carries a strong foul smoke odor.

Two reasons I don't go to mediums or psychics about matters of the spiritual dimension are as follows:

That post is about dreams I had and is still having...I googled what was happening in my dreams and that term came up so I decided to ask if anyone else know of such a thing..
but please don't jump to false conclusions because I'm too scared to be "dabblling" into anything crazy and certainly nothing that could possibly haunt/harm me or anyone else.

Used to see black shadows pass me by, would hear someone whisper my name, had a lot of those lucid dreams. It could have been I was haunted or that I was just in a very negative moment in my life (which I was hence the reasoning for contacting a psychic)

Ghost are called jinn in Islam. They are real and can take human for. If you are ever having problems you can go on youtube and play al bakara. It's the second chapter in the Quran and the jinn will take off fast. You can research jinn and the wored of the unseen. All religions will tell you about them. Islam is a religion for people and jinn. Don't fear them at all though. They have no power over you. Never act scared. LIke if one picked up a pop and threw it at you just pick it up and throw it back. Dont act scared. If you ever do get scared just as God. Hope this helps.

I have not experienced such things in my life nor wish to face them ever in future.
When I was in elementary school and my grandparents had moved into this current house I had an encounter.
It was our 2nd or 3rd year in the house and previous owner literally collapsed from what must’ve been cardiac arrest and her head hit the corner of the wall.
Funny thing is I was goofing off and running around the house pretending to be humming bird as me and my grandmother had been watching them on the feeder. As I got near the same corner I literally lost my balance and it felt like I literally gravitated into the corner of the exact same wall which left an indentation in my soft child skull.
Well, like I said 2nd or 3rd year here and I suddenly wake out of a dead sleep to s short, chubby middle aged lady with short hair standing to the left of my bed, leaning over me with the angriest look on her face. I freaked out and kicked at her. My foot went straight on through her and hit the wall, then she literally faded and disappeared. She was a solid apparition too, but was a whispy grey/smoke color.
I had thought for years it was a bad dream or a trick my eyes had played on me up until last year when I talked with my grandfather about it and found out some unnerving information.

once when i was younger i heard someone calling my name next to my ear when i was doing my homework i literally thought my dad had called me because only him an i were upstairs but he said he didnt. that was the only ghostly thing that has happened to me besides some dolls falling off my bed in front of my eyes without anyone touching it but those things always happened during the day and never at night so i wasnt really scared.

Not personally but my mother, grandmother and cousin lived in a house that was known to be haunted. They experienced lights flickering, things moving on their own, shadows and footsteps when there wasn't people there and voices.

The scariest encounter I ever had was when I stayed the night at my grandparents house and I awoke in the middle of the night to a strange noise. The noise was of someone breathing very heavy right next to my face! I was too scared to turn around and look but I'll never forget just how scary it was. I felt like this thing was going to pounce on me at any moment. Thankfully, I fell asleep and didn't wake up til morning. According to my Grandparents nothing strange had ever happened there so who knows why this entity might have been there.
