I'm a curvy type and tall but in the past year I lost and gained weight. 29-30 pounds up and down. I've always been curvy with minimal belly fat. But I carry in thighs hips and arms. Lately I been eating more but missing the belly fat, however I have been getting more sleep because I Slowed down on all the social activity. Since I started dating cap I put on like 20 happy pounds so to speak but all in the midsection. Since taken a small break I have lost almost all those belly fat pounds (in the past 3 weeks).
I think this is all due to maybe getting more sleep? It is it just being a woman? Bcoz I've been eating more so it's weird. We ate out a lot but not more then what I'm eating now. And I only work out 2x a week.
Do y'all gain weight in a relationship or lose weight?
