I'd rather do Weights before cardio rather than the other way round. i feel stronger that way.Posted by ShinzoYea, weights are the fastest way to burn fat. Last week I ended up doing nightly 2 mile walks but I didn't feel uch of a burn. Last night I walked 9 miles and tonight I walked 4.5 only because my thighs are sore and have blisters my feet. E
I've been reducing my usual rich food intake and eating more lean meat/fsh and vegatables. Im not sure how advisableit is but I eat 1-2 small baked yellow potatoes a day and snack on juice oranges and ocassionally a handful of doritos or a few oreos.
I'm wondering what I can add to my diet to assist in repairing muscles aside from eggs or peanut butter.
