I hypothesize that it's a picture of some sort of cityscape, perhaps taken at night from a car window while flying down the freeway at 60 miles an hour. I think I see a beach somewhere in there, too. I also see about twenty glowing seagulls, they might be on fire, but I'm not sure.

What do the rest of you think?

...Actually, now it sort of looks like an airport to me, taken upon landing in an airplane.

I thought it was an alien spaceship lifting towards the sky so rapidly that it blurred

it could be a floating plate whose bottom glows... the ground looks like nice cedar wood and the yellow things that look like lights are yellow flower petals

I can see that...if I squint, it also sort of looks like a neon sign that got smashed...
