Interests
How do you create a forum?
Only administrators can create forums.
Users can create threads inside the forums.
Ok, I see some of the interests (books) are now a related subject in the book forum.
Kinda curious to see what will come of this development.

Is the Interests section not comprised of forums anymore?
I tried to create a thread in the Vladimir Putin forum, and nothing happened. See? Here's a screencap.
