she told me that she cannot log in her account again. she logged in her account today only, earlier this day, but now again the same problem has occured. she said that her password is not accepted anymore, and she typed in the correct password.
previously her other account also had the same problem, so whats the issue?
her two accounts are name -> owly ;and *owly*; respectively.
so kindly fix this problem please.
