why does it take mulitple times to sign in before

I thought it was just my computer, went to sisters and cousins an logged in and it takes my 2-3 times of re-logging in before it takes my screen name an password and recognizes me. soemtimes it signs me in right away, but wondering what is causing this? or just the site is rejecting my kisses...LOL

This happens to me too. And all this while i was thinking that i maybe typing wrong password.

Same here!!! It didn't happen before, but now, it happens all the time.

Phew I am glad Its not just me, cant count how many times I typed..re typed.,.very slow too just to make sure I had it right. hey I even did the one finger job...wonder why its doing this and who can fix it?

can you tell me what kind of browser you use and what version it is? also, what happens when you try to login and it doesn't work. are there any error messages?

there have been a few people who reported similar problems logging, but we have been unable to recreate them. any and all information would be helpful in solving this problem. you can reply in this thread or send us an email using the "let us know" link at the top of every page.

well. I am using w-xp and when I type in my info,,and click ..it goe back to the way it was before I typed my nic or password.having the blank text space and top of page in black says not logged in as it always does when I bring up the site..and there is no error messages..usually it takes 2 logg ins before it had my name as logged in.

My problem is of same nature as mentioned by AquarainKisses.

To dxpnet, I primarily use Internet Explorer, 6.0/ SP2 -- sometimes I use Mozilla. The problem happens less frequently when I use IE.

Oh.. and I love the changes, they're awesome.

OK,,,everything is fixed. thanks. no more retyping to logg in, and I am still wondering about the rating users,lol.
