I don't know lol.. I think the product (a figure? figurine?) is of japanese pruduct..hence packing stuff with japanese language..

it's like..statue of (too much) liberty..

thought it was funny the statue of liberty doing a bridge lol
and it also says: she's come (to japan) from america *on her foot*
