nononono... that ain't true. I mean, sure, someone's gonna see when u stuff up. But someone's also watching when u do well.
The only reason u notice being watched when u stuff up is that ur embarrassed.

Plus. The first person you've got to look to for praise when u do your hardest & best, is yourself.
