This is in response to some of the habits that fellow Leos partake in (doubting self, judging our own words after they are said, etc..). I'm aware that this may not 'take off' or become an actual tool that others may use, but it doesn't hurt to try. 🙂
Brag about something that you did today or something that happened to you, no matter how trivial it may be.
This reminds yourself what you did today - and it makes a habit of looking through your memory, daily, while working on decreasing that self judgment.
Examples of my own: Today I sorted out my overdue bill and figured out a solution the billing department representative. Today I held back my frustration with an individual that didn't understand what I meant. Today I aced my written final.
Finally, get excited for others brags! Applaud it!
I don't have anything to really brag about. On the bright side there isn't anything wrong either. I'm ok today and that's ok with me. 🙂
Hey Huntress,
You me and the SL are going to start a cult of Leo Women, Scorp Mooners. Maybe BGP will join too. We are going to wear bright colored clothing and hand out stickers of the Sun every where we go. To honor our Moon the sticker will not stick.
Have a wonderful day ladies and you too Seraph should you come in here.
I think that I may have set myself up for a softer cushion for the fall of mood I have had today.
I have an insightful student adviser who asked me a question 6 months ago. She asked me if I was a woman with a 'character flaw' in which I have everything in personality, smarts, wit, and appearance going for me.. with a fear of success. I didn't take it as an insult because she asked it with her heart.. and also in knowledge of that particular character flaw being 'real'.
She's right. I think I'm realizing it today..
My point is that this post had awfully convenient timing 😉
Today I opened my eyes and only flinched to blink, in order to focus on the truth.
