firstly, i'm a libra girl from Asia.
i'm having a crush with a leo man, and well we're not very close.
he once chat with me but it never happen again.

question: is it wrong or not to make the first move?like starting a chat with him?

I'd say : start up a chat with him? nothing wrong with that..be friendly, confident, polite and natural. basically, be yourself..
