There's gotta be something he does at work. He's literally been fired like 4 times. How does that happen? Its weird because he legit works constantly! He said the last 3 jobs they didnt give him a reason. Very dedicated. Maybe tries to run people over?

Getting fired four times is pretty intense, but it sounds like he works in construction and doesn't own his own business. That can be a volatile industry, so getting fired could just be the (unfortunate) luck of the draw. As you've caught on, this was probably a huge blow to the Leo. The Leo will probably need to set up a better gig for himself in a more stable environment before he considers romance with anyone.
