Sounds like you need to do the Leo thing and become your own boss.
I may have a boss but I call the shots. The key is being a top performer and working very hard. Then, you will be able to do your thing without someone tell you what to do. Mind you, you need to be killing it on the job and not everyone wants to work this hard.

I am a woman, guys 🙂 I do have a small business, but not enough clients to not work yet. My man owns a brewery. We are both creative souls. I don't think I come off as bossy. Maybe it's my entrepreneurial spirit.

Ok guys I need your help. Almost every job I've had as an adult I've had issues with management, no matter what kind of company or the management style . All of my co workers generally love me, and I'm the kind of person that co workers want to stick up for and defend, but I can never seem to have great standing with my bosses.
I'm a Leo sun with a moon in Aquarius. Any other Leo's have this issue?
I'm really trying to do some self evaluation, I'm starting to feel down on myself.
