Well I am a Leo girl who is into a Virgo guy...a little different because Leo males don't have the same temperament as females but what I can say is this, in order for it to work Leo has to learn patience and humility and you have to know it's worth it.
Leo is very attracted to Virgo's intelligence, strong work ethic and perfectionism. Virgo is usually well mannered, well dressed and quiet which makes Leo wonder "what is under that cool, calm exterior?" If Leo gets the opportunity to get close to Virgo they get to know they are trustworthy, a little silly and very loyal. If both sides are willing to learn from each other things can work out brilliantly.
Virgo will not feed Leo's ego but when they compliment you know it is sincere. Even if they don't say the words directly, you will know they care about you through their actions because they don't treat everyone with the same care and consideration they show towards their favorite ones. That's not to say they are rude or anything, they are nice to everyone, but if they like you they will be extra caring and attentive...they might even give in to Leo's need for admiration and fawn a bit at times just to let you know you're special.
So I guess my thought is if both sides are willing to give and take a bit it could be a great match!
