Leo man changes his mind easily?

I have been dating a Leo man for a month and he just went back to other country for graduation.. he would find a job there as he got 3 years visa free there after graduation and it also one of his plans but right before he left he once said "hopefully will come back in 3 months" to his family, and I walked him to the train station on that day and he suddenly said to me he will try his best, he meant try to find a job in my country, but we haven't contact each other since then it have been more than a week, i know he is so busy now before graduation...

I wanna know that does Leo man changes his mind easily?

And I'm a bit confused we r not in a relationship since he is not 100% sure where will he stay after graduation, but we act like a couple in those few weeks he had been treating me so well, but we r not often text each other, I know his family too they said he never reply people msg so I'm not too upset about didn't get any msg from him since he left, but I wanna know as a Leo man if in this situation does they still try to keep contact with a girl they really like or wait until he knows he can get a job in my country first as it will cause the pain if he end up not coming back?
