I think it depends on how planets are aspects and house placements but I have come into contact with a guy with this combination and he is such a douche.
Scorpio moon anything isn't ideal. That's not saying it doesn't have good points and immense strength in places but it's a weird placement for the moon.
The moon represents emotion and the mother among other things, but when it falls in scorpio it can take on an intense image. Scorpio moons sometimes have a bad relationship with their mothers, and also have shifting emotions from good and bad. Some might say at the best of times it shines into the hearts of everything, but the bad times it consumes everything around them. It's somewhat unstable. The moon is ever changing, but scorpio is fixed so it's uncomfortable when it falls in the moon.
The end results normally create a strong person that people admire, or straight up hate. There is usually no in between which is identical to the black and white image some scorpio moons tend to see the world in.
Putting Leo in the sun can be good and bad, much like every sun and moon combo. Your basically going to take the strengths and weaknesses of both placements at the same time. You likely give a strong and powerful, or even quiet and intense persona to people. You are easily likable because you adapt to others very quickly, and you mostly search for people you relate to. Despite feeling insecure deep down people likely find you loyal, stubborn, and in control. You rarely open your true feelings to others, but maybe find that others are easily able to open up to you. This is because deep down you relate to most people problems because you secretly have the same ones. You most likely love others drama also, and might even create some of your own for fun. Your temperament is likely devastating, but luckily leaves as quickly as it comes. It can tear people to pieces sometimes though, so it's best to watch your anger. You will never forget when someone hurt you or did you wrong, but find it hard to hold a grudge or get revenge despite the deep urge to. Over time you might even try to make peace with an enemy. Once your trust is gone it will never return, but you rather have stability with people then anything else.
