Hey, I'm a virgo male and im looking for a little input on how leos develop friendships. I have a leo male coworker that I can't seem to figure out. The situation is kinda wierd, at least from my end. It's not that we don't get along. He tends to look out for me all the time, like if i need help and what not and i do the same for him, so there is a mutual respect for one another. We definitely do get along, but in a not so natural way. He's extremely loud and bold and very sociable which kinda reminds of my buddies i grew up with so i enjoy his loudness. But when we get around each other he tends to quiet down and doesn't say much. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm a pretty quiet and mellow dude to begin with so that probably doesn't help. I guess what i'm getting at is how do leos form their friendships? I'm not sure where I stand with him so I don't know if I should try and get a little more personal with him. How do leos tend to respond when an acquaintance/new friend starts a personal conversations or how personal should i get. He never really talks about anything personal with people so I'm standoffish about going there. He's pretty intimating.

So do any leos have any response/help/advice they can give me to help alleviate the awkwardness (probably caused by me being a virgo and all) and form more of a mutual friendship.

any help is appreciated.

I'm a virgo, but I have 2Leo friends, Leo sister, and a Leo niece&nephew
&now that I think about it, majority of my family was born in aug lol.

The problem mite be yu [no offense]. Yu need to open up more & not
concentrate on actually building a friendship, but be funny & talk about
things that are more general than personal. I find myself having this
problem sometimes & I realized it comes from thinking too much.
If your too calm cool & collective he's probably feeding off your vibe
which makes the situation really awkward. Be funny, be energetic in
a natural way & everything should be fine.

Stop over thinking Virgo 😉 let it flow

Plus, I'll tell you a very small secret - some Leos actively seek out silent company after a lot of boisterous shenanigans. It's a way to unwind and think, and most of the time the quiet ones are our best friends.

+1, its tiring being up, fun, centre stage (whether sought out or not) chatting, cheering up and happy all of the time, its so nice to be around a calm, quiet person where we can just lay back, relax and enjoy the solitude of being in the company of someone who doesn't require playfulness non stop. You are probably a welcome break for him so keep just being you, although that does require a lot of overthinking, you being a virgo and all that, just don't worry while your analysing, if he's around you then he's happy to be in your company
