Theres me, moving house...so I set up an appointmen with an estate agent to do some viewings etc...I been speaking to this guy over the phone who is obviously sorting it all out for me...

And the next property move is an important one for me and one that I intend to stay in for the foreseeable future...the agent he works for doesn't really cater for my needs in terms of price bracket and type of house..Location is good though...I am very picky...So its because of that I don't get many viewings from him.

On top of that add the current financial crisis hitting the capital..its not looking great out there...People just arent selling at the moment...but its crazy because the longer they hold out, the worse it will get..they predict another 25% fall in property prices in the coming year. I simply cannot afford to lose out..having spent so much on my place...
